Part-time Office Manager | Administrative Assistant. We are seeking a qualified individual for a part-time position as an office manager and administrative assistant with the potential for eventual full-time employment. Responsibilities include general office management and administrative work such as general correspondence, registrations, travel arrangements, office supply orders, calendar coordination, in-house meeting preparation and coordination, office kitchen and supply area maintenance, basic digital and paper filing, and general business errands. Designers with 1-5 years of experience. This candidate must have a Bachelor of Architecture or a Master of Architecture degree from an accredited architecture program. Skills will include excellent graphic capabilities, critical thinking and ability to sketch by hand and build physical models. Demonstrated facility with Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch-up and Rhino are important.
